My office wasn't cooling and Had been serviced a few months back by a different AC company. Cool mark came promptly when promised even though it was late. Mark was very professional when I spoke with him about my A/C blowing hot air and not cooling properly. I made an appointment with him to have my unit checked. He was courteous, prompt, and made sure I understood all that was needed to fix the problem. Once the job was complete my home immediately started cooling and for that I m truly thankful he made it out when he did. This Texas heat is no joke!

We want you to know we are continuing to take extreme precautions to protect your safety as we continue to navigate through these unpresented times. We pre-screen all technicians every morning, checking for any signs or symptoms of sickness before they are sent out to provide services. All of our technicians wear protective gear, such as gloves and mask. They wash their hands prior to entry into your home and will practice social distancing while with you. It’s all part of an 8 step process we now go through to protect you and our technicians. As the weather is uncertain in the weeks to come, you and your family will be spending more time at home. You will definitely want to get your system ready, so no issues arise. Most of our work will be done in your attic, on your roof or outside. We will spend very little time in your home. Our efforts are all apart of an 8-step process we now go through to ensure the safety our your family and ours.
